About me
WHO AM I
I’m Rik de Koning, Principal Consultant at Rapid Circle, where I specialize in the Microsoft Power Platform. Rapid Circle is one of the leading Microsoft partners in the Netherlands, with a global presence in India and Australia.
My journey in IT began in 2011 as a SharePoint support engineer. By 2013, I transitioned into consulting, delivering projects across SharePoint Server 2010–2019. Over time, my focus shifted toward Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
With a passion for automating business processes and designing smart solutions, I’ve worked extensively with tools like SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Nintex, and K2. This naturally led me to dedicate my expertise to the Power Platform, alongside Microsoft 365, Azure Logic Apps, and Dynamics 365.
I thrive on solving challenges—because every Microsoft service implementation brings unique opportunities to think creatively. Equally important to me is sharing knowledge: whether through blogging, speaking at conferences, or mentoring others in the community.
Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of two sons. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active through snowboarding, tennis, hiking, and running, and unwinding with video games or simply relaxing.
